Hands-on management team
Tom Raes
Tom started his career in 2000 at Komatsu. After a two-year spell at Isoform, he joined Bobcat in 2005. As European Business Director, Tom worked with Engineering to develop excavators. He knows better than anyone how challenging cost targets can be and was also at the forefront of the growing need for greater operator comfort. It’s those insights that fuelled his strategic vision and sparked his decision to return to Isoform as Managing Director in 2012. Today, Tom is your go-to partner when it comes to 3D parts or any out-of-the-box solution.

Nicolas Leten
Having spent 10 years in London – five as an auditor for KPMG and five as a financial consultant at Accenture – Nicolas moved back to Belgium, working in M&A for HighCo Shelf Service and Omega Pharma. In 2011 he met Tom during the Isoform takeover talks and immediately saw the benefits of partnering up with him. They started their Isoform journey together in 2012 and have never looked back. Today, Nicolas is your right-hand man for all acoustic and thermal insulation parts.
