Technologies

We use a variety of technologies to shape and convert our materials.
Depending upon the type of material, the quantity required and the level of finishing, we use the most applicable and efficient technology.

Cold mold compression in wooden or aluminum tools can be used for prototypes, small or larger series. Hot mold compression in aluminum or steel tools is more applicable for medium to high series requiring a high level finishing. Our twin sheet blow molding allows us to mold complex shapes in high rigidity recycled natural fibers.

For cutting applications we have a wide range of converting technologies in-house. From 3 & 5 axes waterjet cutting to milling, ultrasonic cutting, sawing and die-cutting we will investigate what technology best serves your needs.
